Please note we are not responsible for any packages that may have been damaged during shipping. We pride ourselves in making sure that all packages leave our building in great shipping conditions, but we cannot control the Postal Service. Once the package has left our facility and is in transit we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment. For those customers that are international, we are unable to track your package from our end so please be aware of this prior to placing your order. We cannot track international orders. RETURNS Due to how shipping has been careless in the past few years and now Covid-19 we are NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS, therefore there are no REFUNDS OR RETURNS at this time. OUT OF STOCK/SOLD OUT ITEMS: Our system may have a fluke at time where two orders processed an out of stock item, so in the event that this may happen we will refund the item immediately during the packaging and shipping process. We will refund via the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Forms of Payment are via Paypal. SHIPPING FEES: Shipping Fees are based on our postal service. Please note we are not in control of the shipping fees nor are we trying to get rich with the shipping fees. If we can combine ship your orders to save you money we will refund you any overcharge on shipping fees. If for the assistance you paid for a Medium or Large Flat Rate and we can save you on shipping we will refund the overcharge.
